Our History

Career Fair Plus started in 2012 with a simple idea: career fairs should work better for everyone in the room.

We built a companion app that gave students and recruiters a smarter way to connect. No more waiting in lines, no more missed conversations. Our appointment scheduling feature let students reserve 1:1 time with employers before they ever set foot on the floor.

What started as a tool for in-person events grew into a full event management platform, built to handle the complexity of modern recruiting events at any scale and in any format.
